Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email from the Sunshine Coast, Australia. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard shipping within Australia via Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping: $11.50 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping $15 1–3 business days
- FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $180.00
International Shipping
We offer international shipping: $25
Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any shipping import taxes or customs. The order may be subject to (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. If you decline your order and it needs to be sent back to Veritee you will be issued a credit note minus your shipping and return shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delays
Shipping times may be affected by external factors such as postal delays, customs, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at admin@veritee.com.au and we’ll be happy to help.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please note if you select ‘authority to leave’ on your order, Veritee takes no responsibility for lost or stolen orders from your selected place.
